The Artemis Group was founded in 1999 for the express purpose of creating a legal search and consulting service that would be marked by unimpeachable ethics and outstanding performance. We distinguish ourselves by:

• Strictly adhering to the Code of Ethics promulgated by the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (https://www.nalsc.org/code-of-ethics/), of which The Artemis Group is a member. In fact, our practices are even more protective of those we serve than the Code of Ethics requires.
• Having several decades of experience, both as recruiters and as practicing attorneys ourselves.
• Not taking shortcuts. For instance, we typically meet physically or virtually with all of our candidates so that we can make the best possible matches. We also include a comprehensive cover letter with every candidate submission.
• Providing expert resume, business plan, deal sheet, and other document editing services.
• Being expert problem solvers, should any thorny issues arise.
• Being discreet, responsive and nimble. Our approach is always bespoke and geared to the best interests of those we serve.
• Providing expert guidance and advocacy throughout every step of the search process.
