After decades of experience as both recruiters and practicing attorneys, we have become experts in helping attorneys advance their career objectives.
We know what works and what doesn’t. In the context of our typical placement work, we offer all of our services to candidates gratuitously. However, we are not able to do this for everyone, much as we would like to. For those individuals whom, in our discretion, we do not believe we can place yet, we have formed Artemis Consulting and Document Preparation Services.
Services
Under the Artemis Consulting umbrella, we will customize a program for you, which can include the following services, for a fee:
- Conducting a virtual or physical meeting with you to get to know you, including your background, skills and desired outcomes; provide you with feedback; and help you set realistic goals and formulate objectives to achieve them.
- Conducting follow-up telephone conversations and/or meetings with you.
- Reviewing and providing comments on your resume, cover letter, business plan, deal sheet, etc. If you do not already have application materials prepared, we can share our templates with you and help you create what you need.
- Coaching to improve your oral, written, and in-person presentation skills.
- Preparing you for interviews, including conducting a mock interview with you.
- Providing guidance on navigating the application and the interview processes to increase the likelihood of receiving an interview request and ultimately an offer.
- Providing guidance on how to secure the best references.
- Providing guidance on how to succeed as an associate and be put up for partner, or on how to succeed in-house.
