- Identify and recruit the most highly qualified candidates for your searches, using our cutting edge technology and tapping our extensive network of “star” attorneys who either fit your job descriptions or could refer others who do.
- Only present candidates to you whom we have thoroughly screened in a physical or virtual meeting.
- Only present candidates to you who have expressly authorized us to do so.
- Provide you with a detailed cover letter about each candidate we present, along with a resume, law school transcript, business plan, deal sheet and/or writing sample.
- Perform reference checks, if desired.
- Be discreet, responsive and nimble.
- Strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics promulgated by the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (https://www.nalsc.org/code-of-ethics/). In fact, we regularly take steps that are even more protective of our clients’ interests than the Code of Ethics requires.
