Law firm seeks Corporate/M&A attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience for its New York, NY office. Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements is required. The successful candidate should have experience in a variety of transactional work, including but not limited to domestic and cross-border purchase and sale transactions, strategic mergers, leveraged buy outs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance advice. Must possess a JD degree from an accredited law school.
